The stainless steel housing, two plate magnets mounted on both sides and the center drawer constitute the plate house magnet. A typical deep reach magnet separator utilizes two large magnets on each side of a chute to grab large tramp metal as it passes though the stainless steel housing. The plate house magnet is designed for products that are easy to bond or bridge. The center position between the two plate magnets is the region with the highest magnetic field. By limiting the maximum distance between two magnetic plates, it can achieve the best effect for iron removal. A center deflector directs the product flow to the chute side for tramp collection.
