Rotary grate magnetic separator, also called rota grate magnet, is mainly constitutive of magnetic element, housing and gear-motor. It is often installed at the discharge of opening chute or duct system where has a lot iron impurity. This unit can be applied to rigorous environment. Its special magnetic circuit design can ensure good iron removal effect and protect downstream equipment. The easy-to-clean rota-grate magnet separator make the iron cleaning more easily by adding double-layer stainless steel sleeve on magnetic bar surface. When cleaning, manually separate the non-magnetic sleeve and magnetic element can achieve quickly iron unloading.
